Do you accept refunds and return? 

  • If your items have been damage during transit, please contact me with pictures and details of your order and we discuss options. 
  • If you have not received your mail after 4 weeks from the shipping date, please contact me. 

What are the shipping options? 

  • For the Whimsical Wanderer Mail Club: items will be sent via letter mail service through the US Postal Service. This means that there will be no tracking. If items have not been received after 4 weeks from sent out date, please contact me

  • For other items: Items will be sent via letter mail service through the US Postal Service, This means that there is no tracking! If you would like tracking, please select the upgrade at check out. If you purchase tracking, you can track your order directly from the shipment notification. 

Do you ship internationally? 

  • Yes! If you are trying to order an item but you are not able to add your country please contact me and I can see what the issue is. 

How long does shipping take?

  • U.S shipping: 1-2 weeks after being sent out. 
  • International: 2-4 weeks after being sent out. 

I enter the wrong shipping address how can I change it? 

  • Please email me immediately with the correct shipping address so I can update and make sure to send it to the correct spot.
